Due diligence investigation of a land plot and construction-in-progress thereon designated for development of a truck service center for ZAO Volvo Vostok;

Advising Swedish real estate investment fund 11 Real Asset Fund AB and its subsidiaries on investments into Russian real estate assets (structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documents etc.);

Advising a leading foreign producer of atmospheric, technical and special gases and air separation plants on industrial safety, land and town planning matters relating to construction and operation of air separation plants;

Drafting a package of bidding documents for development of the architectural concept of residential area of Technopark district (including standard contracts for development of architectural concepts and project design documents) for the United Department for Asset and Service Management of the Center for Development and Commercialization of New Technologies (Skolkovo Innovation Centre). 

Acquisition due diligence review of one of the largest retail and entertainment centers in Europe for a foreign real estate investment fund (the assignment included legal due diligence review of the leases, tenants, owner’s title to the center and underlying land and other matters);

Full legal support of a foreign investment fund selling a warehouse complex with the area around 8,000 sq. m. in Moscow Region to a Russian production company. The assignment included preparation of the transaction documents (including sale and purchase agreement, assignment and novation agreements, escrow agreement etc.) under Cypriot law, negotiating the same with the buyer and support of completion;

Advising a large Russian developer on investment contracts aimed at completion of around 90,000 sq. m. of unfinished residential real estate in Moscow;

Advising a Russian developer of wind generator farms on several contracts with a foreign project design bureau for preparation of project design documents for construction of wind generator farms in the south of Russia;

Advising a leading foreign producer of atmospheric, technical and special gases and air separation plants on a contract for preparation of project design documents for construction of an air separation plant;

Representing a large Russian developer in settling claims of state authorities (state fire inspection, state construction supervision authority, municipal authorities) in respect of both construction-in-progress and completed real estate;

Legal support of the tenants and landlords entering into lease agreements in respect of office, retain and warehouse premises in Moscow, Moscow Region and other regions of the Russian Federation;

Representation of a number of Russian and foreign companies (both tenants and landlords) in negotiations and litigation on termination of preliminary and main lease agreements.
