Challenging the decisions of the Sheremetievo Customs and the Federal Customs Service and recovery from the state budget of around 100 mln rubles of customs VAT unlawfully withheld by the customs authorities for OOO Nobel Biocare Russia;

Representing several international leasing companies in litigation against lessees over recovery of leasing payments, equipment and losses caused by early termination of leasing agreements;

Representing OOO Nobel Biocare Russia in litigation concerning debt recovery, labor and other disputes;

Representing an investor in an office center in Belgorod Region in a dispute with a developer. The developer’s claim aimed at invalidation of the investment agreement was refused;

Representing an owner of non-residential premises in Moscow in challenging a decision of the Moscow Land Use Supervision Authority in Moscow Arbitrazh Court and the Ninth Appellate Arbitrazh Court (the decision of the Moscow Land Use Supervision Authority was found unlawful and invalidated);

Representing a large Russian manufacturer in a corporate dispute;

Advising a large Russian manufacturer in a pre-trial settlement of a dispute with a creditor.
